     If the seller didn’t ship out the product within the estimate time, and the seller

    •  Refund takes 1-2 days.

    confirm no stock, we will refund you the money within 24 hours.

           If you received a fake/counterfeit item from a seller advertise as genuine product,  

           you will be able to claim money back the amount you paid for the product. You

           just go to Return & Refund submit your request, In the Return/Refund Reason

           section, indicate why do you think it is fake. Ship the items back to us. Our

          Team will evaluate and authenticate the product. Once our investigation shows

          that the product is indeed a counterfeit/fake, we will credit the amount you paid for   

          the order into your bank account if you pay by online banking. If you pay by credit     

          card, we will credited to your credit card.

    Once you have requested for refund with the reason of "I did not receive the product(s)", the seller will have 3 days to check on your request and respond to the    case. They can either accept the refund directly or dispute your request. If they do not take any action within the 3 days, the refund will be auto accepted and released to you (buyer).

    You may only raise Return/Refund request after the order has passed Estimated       

    Delivery Date or the buyer receive dissatisfied item or not receive item, they can

    request for refund.


    Yes.  If you purchased multiple items in the same order, you can just reject the item, 

    and ask for refund. But if you purchased multiple units of the same item, you will

    need to either receive or reject all of the same items while you request for

    refund. We suggest clicking on return/refund for all the items and provide relevant

    documents for damaged item claim process. However, since only one item is

    damaged, you may adjust the refund amount accordingly in order to reach an agreement with the seller

    You can apply for a return with the following reasons:

    • I did not receive the product(s) (e.g. missing item, parcel lost in transit)
    • I received incomplete product(s) (e.g. incomplete sets, incomplete parts)
    • I received the wrong product(s) (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, different product)
    • I received product(s) with physical damage (e.g. dented, broken, scratched)
    • I received faulty product(s) (e.g. malfunctioned, cannot be used)

    If you have not received your parcel within the expected delivery date, you can    

    send a private message to the seller to make enquiry, if the seller no respond,

    please do request for refund.

    To know when you will receive your order, it is important to identify the source and delivery location of the item. The table below shows the average estimate time needed for an order to reach you after the seller shipped out the order under normal condition:

    -from overseas to east malaysia : 4-25 days

    -from overseas to west malaysia: 4-25 days

    -from east malaysia to east malaysia: 1-7 days

    -from east malaysia to west malaysia : 1-7 days 

    -from west malaysia to east malaysia :1-7 days 

    -from west malaysia to west malaysia : 1-4 days

    If you need the product urgently, if the seller is within Malaysia, you can contact the seller directly to speed up the delivery time, but it still depend on the service of the individual seller.

    Yes. You  can add, edit, and delete addresses for future orders. You can also select a default address to make it easier to place order. Updating a new address in your account won’t change the shipping address, you have to select the new shipping address after you check out, if not the order will ship to the default address.
    Yes, but changes only can be made within 2 hours but this depend on the seller. If the items being packed and shipping bills being created you can’t change the shipping address.
    No. Orders that have entered the shipping process can’t be modified.
